First Page Header - On the first page
of your paper, type a four-line header in the upper left and below that
include a brief, descriptive title in the center. Do not bold, underline
or in any way change the font for your title.
Running Header - Create a running
header (your last name and a page #) that will appears in the upper right
corner of every page (see in the example above). If done correctly,
the page numbers will change automatically on each page and your header
will remain on the top of each page even if you shift (cut and paste, insert
or delete) the contents of your paper. A running header can only
be seen on the screen in the Page Layout view.
