A Guide to MLA Documentation

This booklet, written by Joseph Trimmer, spells out the guidelines for preparing a research paper according to MLA style.  You should have received your own copy from your English teacher.  If you are new to this school and did not receive this booklet, please let your instructor know immediately so arrangements can be made to get you a copy.

You will need to use this booklet not only during this course, but throughout your middle and high school education whenever you are asked to prepare a project according to MLA Style guidelines.  Be sure to write your name in it and save it in a safe place for future use. You may purchase a replacement copy in the Media Center for $12.00.
