Are you sometimes
jealous by the amount of Spanish your students can speak? Come learn some Spanish AND salsa away some
calories. Salsa dancing is not only a great form of cardio, but it also
helps to clear your mind. Once you hear that "ritmo," you won't
be thinking about anything else but moving your body to the music. It's
not only a great way to release some stress, but also a great cultural lesson
where you just may come out speaking a little more Espaņol than you think.
