Message from the Superintendent:

I can’t believe the school year has started.  The summer went by in a flash. A lot of work has been done to get our schools ready for this year’s opening. New flooring has been done in each building as well as painting and a lot of cleaning. Construction stirs up a lot of dirt. I commend the employees of our maintenance and custodial staff for all their hard work and a job well done. In addition to the facilities, we will be implementing new curriculums and programs in both mathematics and social studies in grades PreK -12 this year. Teachers and administrators worked extremely hard and professionally to develop these new and innovative programs. Good luck to everyone and I look forward to working with you in making Glen Ridge the best school district.

At the September 22nd Board of Education meeting, the Board will discuss the possibility of using corporate sponsors to assist in the funding of projects for ours schools. This is just a discussion. Please come to the meeting and join the dialogue. The meeting will be held at 8 pm in the High School LGI.
