Message from the Superintendent: Happy New Year! I hope that as we deal with the tragedy our country has faced and continues to face, we all can enjoy the holiday season. I wish the New Year brings you health, happiness and peace! Enjoy! SUPERINTENDENT’S REPORT HIGHLIGHTS: Board of Education Fills Vacancy The Board appointed Sharon Dougherty as a new member on the Board of Education until the next election. Ms. Dougherty replaces John Lacey who resigned for personal and professional reasons.
Board of Education Honors Students The Board of Education publicly honored the 2002 Edward J. Bloustein Distinguished Scholars, as well as the 2001 Girls’ Group I State Soccer Champions.
Building Project The Board approved the conceptual site plan for the high school addition. Our professionals are working on the project drawing for state review.
Policy Review The Board approved a formal policy review by Strauss Esmay Associates. Additionally, the Board approved a policy concerning the responsible use of technology.
