Message from the Superintendent:

As the school year comes to an end, I find myself reflecting on my first year as Superintendent. The Glen Ridge community has had a very successful school year. The community supported our building expansion and renovation referendum as well as our budget. Our students have performed very well on the standardized tests, which are an indicator of student achievement, and our seniors have received acceptances to many of the most highly competitive colleges in this country. It was also a year in which our country and our community suffered tremendous losses on September 11, 2001. As we are about to graduate students, who will be the future leaders helping defend our country against people who would do us harm, I hope we are also graduating leaders who will be part of building a world in which people express themselves in dialogue instead of violence. I am looking forward to seeing everyone at graduation on June 28th.
