The Advanced Placement Program provides high school students with the opportunity to study and learn at the college level.  More than 90 percent of colleges and universities in the United States have an AP policy granting incoming students credit, placement or both for qualifying AP Exam scores.  Institutions in more that 55 countries recognize AP in their admissions processes.

Students taking AP courses are required to take the AP exams in May of that school year.  Students who do not take the May exam will not receive AP credit or weight on their transcript.

AP students (and/or their families) are responsible for the AP exam fee for each exam that they take.

Exam fee: $93.00 per exam.  Exam fees will be collected in late fall.  A letter will be mailed home at that time with further instructions.
