• Concussions, What to Do!

     
     
    A concussion is a brain injury and must be taken seriously. It can be mild to severe, and changes the way the brain works on a daily basis. A concussion in caused by a blow, jolt or shaking of the head and/ or neck
     
    You may experience some or all of the following symptoms:
    * Headache
    * Dizziness
    * Feeling as if your in a fog
    * Light headed
    * Nausea
    * Fatigue
    * Irritable
    * Memory loss
    * Difficulty sleeping
    * Sensitive to lights and/or noise
    * Difficulty concentrating
     
    If you think you have a concussion you should:
    stop what you are doing, and see a doctor.
