Registration forms are available under "Important Forms and Documents" on the child care webpage of the district's website. During the school year, forms will only be accepted prior to the first of the month for which your child would like to attend the program. If your child is starting the program in September of 2018, registration forms with your first month's tuition payment will be accepted starting April 2nd, 2018. Placement in the child care program will be filled on a first come first served basis. Once we have reached capacity at a particular site, students will be placed on a waiting list to attend the child care program.
Any changes in registration must be submitted to the Program Director using the "Schedule Change Request Form" listed under the "Important Forms/Documents" section of the child care webpage at least thirty days in advance. Changes will only be put into effect at the beginning of the subsequent month.
