Project CHILD FIND

Program Overview:

Annually, the Glen Ridge Department of Student Services conducts a Child Find awareness campaign. 

Child Find is a free referral service and public awareness campaign to assist in the identification of unserved/underserved youth with a delay or disability from birth to twenty-one years of age. 

Families of unserved children from ages three through twenty-one who are in need of special education and related services or are concerned about their child’s development are to contact the Department of Student Services at 973-429-8305.

Early Intervention System:

The Early Intervention System (EIS), under the Department of Health, implements New Jersey's statewide system of services for infants and toddlers, from birth to age three, with developmental delays or disabilities, and their families.
